I've added a few things and need your input on the changes.
At the bottom of the page, you'll notice a bar which links to various things. You can chat on Facebook, AIM, and other Instant Messenger clients through it and link to our Facebook and Twitter as well as more, in the future.
Every time I see that it's 2010, I realize the future is now:
Tam has accepted the responsibility of Global Moderator. She had been reporting the bulk of inappropriate posts anyway and this just seemed like the logical next step.
I'd like to thank her for her help.
Laurie has done a great deal of work setting up an auction. Do not only send her private messages suggesting items you have for the auction.
Sarah Jane
This little Boston, found as a stray and wandering the streets looks like a puppy mill baby turned out to fend for herself after the last litter. As of Friday, July 2nd she doesn't have a name, but has been been rushed to the vet. She's lost an eye, her coat has been ravaged by mange and she is riddled with worms but miraculously, she's heartworm negative. The vet estimates her age at one year, but has told us that she's already had at least a few litters! Any donation you care to make to help this little one will be greatly appreciated.
July 9th Update:
The "Little Girl" now has a name! She is Sarah Jane, and she is making progress in leaps and bounds with the loving care of her foster parent.
July 28th Update:
Sarah Jane has made amazing progress in the four weeks she has been in rescue. The sutures from her eye surgery have been removed and that has healed with no complications. Her coat is looking so much better, she has even been spayed and is recovering nicely.
