Checkers is home from surgery-pictures attached

Ok, these aren't too bad but I hope they don't make anyone feel queezy.
Checkers is doing ok, though he is whimpering and crying some. I feel just awful. I wish there was something that I could do for him. My poor baby.
Oh, and spoke with the vet when I picked up Checks and he said that the bump was NOT moveable. The vet said that the lump looked like cartiledge and felt like it too, but he honestly has no idea what it is. We just have to wait and see what the reports say. Dr said we might know as early as Friday. Let's hope it's a good report.

I just know on Friday that it will be a GOOD report!. :cH2R: It doesn't look to bad. Is he trying to scratch it? Whats wrong with his eyes, was he just sleeping? Sorry for so many questions but I am the question women! LOL

The flash on my digital camera is SO very bright. I think he was shutting his eyes from that. It could also be that he was just still a little doped up from being at the vet's office. My poor guy. :) I just went and checked on him at lunch and he was doing pretty well. He had some snacks and went outside for awhile. I'm pleased he is acting more normal this afternoon.

Isn't it sad when our babies aren't well. I'm glad to hear that he did good with the surgery and we'll continue to hold positive thoughts for Checkers until his results come in.....I'm sure it will be good!

OMG...Poor Checkers. I hope he's feeling better soon. I just hate seeing them sick or hurt....it's just so sad.

Please give Checkers plenty of sloppy wet "gentle" kisses from Lola and Lilly.
