Keeping you all posted -- I FOUND A BREEDER!!

I work at a dog daycare and we have one little boston who comes in sometimes, so I called his parents and asked for the name of their breeder. She lives about a 3 hour drive away from me, so I got in contact with her and they have a litter of puppies ready to go to new homes at the end of this month! I've picked out my little girl, and went to visit her, her mother, and littermates this past sunday. She's a gorgeous little thing and I can't wait to bring her home! She's what I guess you would call the 'runt', but not by very much.

i've decided to call her Stella, I've wanted a boston for a long time, so I've had that name picked out for a while now!
I'm soooooo excited to get her home! it's all I think about, I even wake up in the middle of the night thinking about it! 16 days left....yeesh!

She's got a bit of an eye infection, the vet thinks one of her littermates probably scratched her, we'd just put her drops in so that's why she's squinting in some of the pictures.

Awe, Stella is a great name and I can relate to being excited. We get our new Boxer puppy Thanksgiving weekend!

It's funny, I've talked to so many people who have both bostons and boxers, or people who love them both. I guess it makes sense, they both have that bull-doggish face.
but anyway, that's very exciting for you, waiting is sooo hard!

Soooooooooooooooooooooo Hard!!!!!!!!!! lol I posted her picture in "other picture" section and the thread is called, "it's now official". She's so cute. You're right, alot of people do have both. I just lost my 10 year old Boxer, Faithy at the beginning of the summer and we miss her deeply.

So now I guess we just wait! (sigh)

we lost our 11 year old golden retriever last august and it was devastating, so I know how hard it is.

I bet thanksgiving weekend is seeming sooo far away right now! I'm just hitting the 2 week mark and I'm going nuts!
how old will Ellie be when you finally take her home?

We think Ellie is a total sweetheart and she'll be 8 weeks when we pick her up.
