Today, we are having duck breast and steak...for desert it will be angel food (in honor of my angel) and strawberries with whipped cream. The funny thing is, my mom went to the store after church, and bout the angel food cake for some reason. She didn't remember it was Jake's day, and she has never bought a premade cake as far back as I can remember. It was very odd!

Strawberries are the what he was eating that day, in the kitchen with molly. Tasting fruit for the first time. That was the first time I got to see his eyes beam up with anticipation....so we will have them again today!

Andie, What a beautiful story! Jake is blessed to have such a wonderful Mom....and she's talented too! I love the photo of Jake at the bottom....he's got the most gorgeous eyes! Happy 2nd anniversary to both of you!

Andie, that is sooo beautiful. Jakey is so blessed, but I guess the blessing goes both ways. I love the pic of Jake and Molly at the bottom of the page. Happy 2nd anniversary! However I simply cannot read this post again....it makes me cry.

BEAUTIFUL!!! Jake has come SO far, I can't tell you how happy it makes me feel knowing that you guys found each other. I know how important Jake is to you Andie, well both your furbabies.

andie....that was so beautiful :) I truely believe that you and Jake were meant for each other :) You both bring something amazing into each others lives.
Here's to many more wonderful years together :)

BTW, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the b/w photo of him and Molly!
